  • How long does it take to ship an order after a payment was made?

Our current processing time is 3 to 5 business days. Most orders will ship within this time frame. Check our home page for the lastest processing times as there could be delays due to Covid-19. Any delays will be displayed in our announcement bar on our home page.


  • When will I receive my package?

For US orders, please allow 2 to 9 business days after your product has shipped.

For Canada orders, please allow 2 to 8 business days after your product has shipped.

Keep in mind that shipping times do not include processing times. Please check our home page for current processing times.


  • Will my order come with tracking? How can I track my package?

Yes. All orders come with tracking numbers. You will be emailed your tracking number once your order has shipped, along with the link or details on how to track your order.


  • What if I have a problem with my order after I receive it?

We Love Happy Customers! We strive to be the best, and customer service is our priority. We are happy when our customers are happy. If you have any problems with your order, we will do our best to assist you. If your candle arrives broken or cracked, we will happily replace it with a new candle. Just send us a picture of your broken or cracked candle, and we will ship you a replacement.


  • Can I ship to a P.O box?

We currently use UPS or FedEx to ship our products and they are not authorized to ship to P.O Boxes. If you still choose to ship to a P.O Box your order may take longer to arrive.


  • Do you ship worldwide? 

No. We currently only ship our candles and wax melts to throughout Canada and the USA.

Our boutique items are only shipped throughout the USA.
